– To carry out a pre-analysis, and receive a repair/restoration estimate for your watch, you will need to contact our laboratory directly, where we will provide all the instructions to correctly send us the information and photographs that we need of your timepiece;
– When we have checked everything, will be notified you an estimate which will list all the operations necessary to restore your watch.

We specify that in this first phase it will be the customer’s responsibility to accurately provide all the problems of his watch, so that our experts can make a more precise evaluation.

– After the pre-analysis phase, you will be provided with all the instructions to be able to safely ship your watch directly to our laboratory in Rimini (RN).
It is a very simple operation, and you will only have to take care of preparing the packaging of your timepiece following our guide and wait for the pre-established day to entrust the package to the courier.

– The same day we receive your watch, the actual analysis of the watch will be carried out, and if there are any inconsistencies in the information you have provided us, or in the pre-analysis evaluation we have made before, we will take care to inform you promptly;
– After that, we will proceed to carry out what has been estimated, respecting the processing times indicated.

– Once all the quality checks by our experts have been completed, you will be issued with our guarantee certificate for our work and your watch will be ready to be returned to you and worn on your wrist again!
